Welcome to the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences

The faculty is one of the largest and most heterogeneous at the university, with over 3.400 students and more than 50 professors. This heterogeneity is reflected above all in research and teaching. The existence of numerous third-party funded projects and over 20 degree programmes is evidence of this. The institutes of the faculty – Applied Ethics, Educational Science/Education and Culture, Communication Research, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology and Sports Science– present themselves on their websites with information on the subject, study opportunities, contact persons.

The faculty offers a variety of degree programmes at the undergraduate and postgraduate level, including Bachelor, Master, Diploma and State Examen.
