What do we do?
We deal with the experience and behaviour of people at work. Our research topics address current issues and trends in the world of work:
For example, addressing critical issues at work, teamwork, age and age diversity, leadership, collaboration and error management in hospitals, adopting new technologies and dealing with organisational change processes as well as work and health.
