Teaching in a hybrid model

A study on teaching in a hybrid model, implemented by having part of the class participate in lessons via videoconference from home while other students are present in person. The study examines videotaped lessons. It analyzes the effects of this hybrid teaching model on students’ perceived self-engagement as well as the teacher’s verbal interaction with all students.
