Registration will be handled through the ConfTool-system. You find the link below.
Attention

The Friedrich Schiller University Jena will issue the invoice via the E-Mail address
"rechnungsausgang@uni-jena.de" within approximately two weeks after registration. Please check your Spam-folders as well. Note that changes to the billing address are no longer possible once the invoice was issued.

Conference Dinner 
The conference dinner (€ 40 per person) will be held on September 3rd. Participation is optional.

Registration Conditions 

  • Please follow this link to the ConfTool-SystemExternal link to create your user account and register for the conference.
  • Registration is binding.
  • Upon registration, please provide us with correct and complete billing information. Please doublecheck that you enter the correct address for the invoice, as changes are not possible once the registration is completed. 
  • After registration in ConfTool, the Financial Department of Friedrich Schiller University Jena will issue and send the corresponding invoice.
  • You will receive an E-Mail by "rechnungsausgang@uni-jena.de". If you did not receive your invoice within approximately two weeks after registration, please check your Spam-folder first and then get back to us via vru@uni-jena.de.
