Registration will be handled through the ConfTool-system. You find the link below.
Attention

The Friedrich Schiller University Jena will issue the invoice via the E-Mail address
"rechnung@uni-jena.de" within two weeks after registration. Please check your Spam-folders as well. Note that changes to the billing address are no longer possible once the invoice was issued.

Conference Dinner 
The conference dinner (€ 40 per person) will be held on September 3rd. Participation is optional.

Registration Conditions 

  • Please follow this link to the ConfTool-SystemExternal link to create your user account and register for the conference.
  • Registration is binding.
  • Please doublecheck that you enter the correct address for the invoice, as changes are not possible once the registration is completed. 
  • After registration in ConfTool, the Financial Department of Friedrich Schiller University Jena will issue and send the corresponding invoice.
  • You will receive an E-Mail by "rechnung@uni-jena.de". If you did not receive your invoice within two weeks after registration, please check your Spam-folder first and then get back to us via vru@uni-jena.de.
